Recruiters Contracting (M/F)

Your Tasks:

  • As a recruiter, you are responsible for selecting and briefing the Life Sciences' candidates.
  • You will recruit the appropriate specialists for the acquired positions of the consultants from our extensive pool of experts.
  • You will work closely with the consultants in defining the specific requirements of each position or the respective client project.
  • Based on these criteria, you will filter out the best Life Sciences' professionals and managers for our clients, in respective competency interviews.
  • You will also carry out compensation and contract negotiations with your candidates.
  • These candidates will depend on you as a competent contact person in further recruitment processes.

Your qualifications:

  • Ideally, you already have recruitment experience within the business area Contracting (integration of freelancers in client projects).
  • Preferably you have a university degree (interdisciplinary) or qualified training for the sales job.
  • You are very much interested and enjoy working in the sales department and also demonstrate self-confidence and negotiating skills in telephone and personal conversations.
  • Your characteristics should include determination, perseverance and high self-motivation.
  • You are familiar with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and XING). You show a willingness to drive your career forward and to take responsibility.

Consultants Contracting (M/F)

Your Tasks:

  • As a Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process within your client segment.
  • You will generate orders by systematically building up a client base through active client acquisition and support.
  • Concurrently, you will be filtering out the best freelance Life Sciences' professionals and managers for our clients, in collaboration with a recruiter (M / F).
  • These profiles will be presented by you in personal meetings with the client.
  • As a successful relationship manager, you can fill your clients' positions in the optimal way.
  • You will act as an interface between the client and Life Sciences' professionals.
  • You have to negotiate contracts professionally on both sides.
  • Furthermore, you must serve the client and candidate as a competent partner during and after the project.

Your qualifications:

  • You have successful sales experience within the recruitment industry, ideally in the field of Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical industry, Biotechnology, Medical and Clinical Research).
  • You are familiar with the business model Contracting (integration of freelancers in client projects).

Your Tasks:

  • As a Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process within your client segment.

  • Being a gifted human relationship manager, you will successfully and efficiently staff the open positions of your clients.

  • Furthermore, you must serve the client and candidate as a competent partner during and after the project.

Your qualifications:
