The Retainer model is calculated that the client is invoiced 30% of the amount at the beginning of the recruitment process, the next 30% after the submission of the shortlist (3 CVs) and the final 40% when the employment contract between the client and the placed candidate is signed.
For Top-Management positions we apply the model of Executive Search. The invoicing procedure is 50% at the beginning of the recruitment process and 50% when the employment contract between the client and the placed candidate is signed.
