Als Pricing Spezialist (m/w) unterstützen Sie die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und stetige Weiterentwicklung einer Preisstrategie für die Channel Partner.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Define EMEA pricing strategy in alignment with GCO and Divisions for the entire portfolio
  • Leads and drives implementation and execution of pricing strategy and MAP for Europe
  • Leads pricing governance and monthly reviews with key stakeholders to review pricing objectives, issues, performance and generate action plans
  • Partners with EMEA Marketing Managers to determine competitor and market prices for key product
  • Definition of target, list and minimum acceptable price for the product portfolio in collaboration with operational pricing mangers
  • Oversees processes to monitor local adherence to agreed pricing strategies
  • Develops influencing relationships with divisions and supply chain to ensure optimal profitability of key products
  • Builds framework to gather and share competitive pricing intelligence across the regions and segments

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • 5 years’ proven experience in pricing in the industry
  • Preference in diagnostics and or life sciences
  • Experience in market access for diagnostics with pharmaceutical therapies is a plus
  • Degree in finance, business, marketing, economics
  • Ability to determine and articulate a long-range vision and strategy
  • Proven track record in influencing commercial teams through price and profitability management
  • Strong Influencing skills/change management
  • Experience of using tools to analyse and set prices
  • Excellent good written and verbal skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and use networks to acquire relevant information
  • Financial modelling, analytical mind
  • Experience and knowledge of the use of market research for pricing
  • Highly proficient in use of MS Office (Access, Excel)
  • Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute projects
  • Process driven with focus on driving results
