Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analyze numbers provided in sales reports
  • Review reps’ activity report
  • Set appropriate smart goals for each Account Manager.
  • Prepare and follow up action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective turnover development
  • Make sure that the team uses tools and resources developed by HQ (CRM tool, marketing ….)
  • Make sure that the Account Manager’s report on their activity and communicate information to appropriate departments
  • Evaluate individual performance during regular field visits
  • Provide feedback on rep’s performance by using “coaching and field visit feedback form”
  • Organizes regular team meetings to update on strategy, tools, products

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Broad experience as Sales Manager, in particular in the Medtech industry
  • Experience in leading teams
