Job description:

- You are familiar with production and know the importance of GMP?
Your duties:
- Leading & empowering the group of engineers, supervisors and technicians
- Engineering projects from concept phase over purchasing & installation to ramp-up phase
- Managing the project business cases & maintenance/project budgets
- Ensuring the effective supply and storage of spare parts
- Planned maintenance activities to keep the machine in basic conditions and implement the PM-Program (Preventive Maintenance)
- Deliver training to technicians and operators as well as analysis of breakdowns
- Supporting other functions with root-cause-analysis as well as supporting technical projects and the implementation of new products & processes
- Ensuring the adherence to the GMP-rules in the pharmaceutical area as well as ensuring the adherence to safety-standards
Your qualifications:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or comparable
- Track record of several years of experience in maintenance, engineering and production roles in the manufacturing area
- Track record in leading teams (high-performing-teams) and proven ability to effectively communicate through and work in a matrix organization in a multinational company
- Strong experience in technical project management
- Strong experience in OPEXc, TPM and PM-programs as well as proven experience in purchasing & installing new lines, machines and technical devices
- Fluency in business English and ideally German
- Proven experience in cultural change and effectively managing and aligning a team (steering committees, goal alignment, leadership development)
- Result driven and value adding: understanding and responding to customer needs, prioritizes, simplifies and acts efficiently
